StarGrow Hong Kong Financial Youth Internship Programme

To help young people explore diverse career pathways, the Foundation partnered with China Resources Capital Management Ltd to deliver the StarGrow Hong Kong Financial Youth Internship Programme. Combining theory with practice, the initiative offered an eight‑week internship in Shenzhen for ten Hong Kong youths over the summer holiday: six weeks of rotational placements across industrial sectors within China Resources Group, followed by two weeks of hands‑on experience in financial operations. Through this comprehensive placement, participants gained multi‑perspective insights into how enterprises integrate resources to drive business development, mastered the operational logic of industry–finance synergy, and built valuable experience for their future careers.

The launch ceremony was held on 2 July at China Resources Tower, Shenzhen, officiated by Mr ZHANG Fuzheng, General Manager of China Resources Capital Management Ltd; Ms WEI Na, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Capital Management Ltd; Ms HUANG Yun, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of China Resources Group; Mr YANG Bin, CEO of the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation; and Ms Dionne KUNG, Deputy CEO of the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation. The officiating guests encouraged participants to seize the learning opportunities throughout the internship, broaden their horizons, embrace exploration, and accumulate workplace insights—thereby injecting greater possibilities into their future development.
